There are a variety of classes available for employees and affiliates which typically run September to May . Payments are made directly to the instructor for a minimal cost of $6/class. Schedules for January 2019:
Available Monday through Friday. from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. in the Ellis Hall Gymnasium, RUH. Bring your basketball, or badminton racquets or other equipment to enjoy an active lunch break.

12 Week Healthy Lifestyle Challenge
You will receive weekly emails with tips, tools and resources to help you make positive lifestyle changes. This is a self-directed program, so you can do this at your own rate and pace. Register through the Training Registration System on the Saskatoon Health Region InfoNet.
Different challenges are offered to employees to keep health and wellness top of mind.
Available for all Region staff; located at RUH Fitness Centre on the lower level of Ellis Hall. Book by appointment Mon – Fri 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
