211 Saskatchewan is an initiative of the United Way Saskatoon and Area and the United Way Regina. It is a free, confidential information and referral system for thousands of community and social services available across the province. Currently 211 is available across the province – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – by searching the easy-to-use online database. Included are shelters, child care services, care homes, food services, financial help, older adult services, newcomer services, aboriginal services, mental health services, and disability services. It includes a province-wide directory of Saskatchewan 24/7 Hour Crisis Hotlines.
